Foremost Retirement Resort
It was the vision of Dr. Vangala that brought Foremost Retirement Resort to life. He is the developer of the resort, which is a nursing home for the elderly, providing them with assisted residential care.
Dr. Vangala has been practicing as Urologist in High Desert for over 30 years. Most of his important clients are senior citizens. He has always worked towards the cause of providing care services to the elderly with dedication and commitment.
Prior to the establishment of Foremost Retirement Resort, Dr. Vangala used to manage several nursing homes in California. It was his dream to build and manage a facility of his own over a large piece of land that he was hoping to acquire from the owners of the old Hesperia Inn, a popular destination in the 1960s.
Upon acquiring this land, he could see his dream of running a one-of-a-kind elder-care facility in California materializing. He started off by first building a residential complex comprising 65 units for independent seniors. He then went on to create the main campus which provided several facilities such as assisted living, memory care, respite care and hospice care.
Later on, Dr. Vangala received the license to expand his facility into one which could accommodate 96 beds and have an event center for conducting meetings with caregivers, nurses and all health care professionals. He acquired the facility from Leonard Crites, and continued to work towards his vision of having a state-of-the-art nursing home, which included a dialysis center for elderly people as well as veterans.
